Sewing Placement for the Triceratops Free Dinosaur Crochet Pattern- I highly recommend pinning ALL parts in place BEFORE sewing to make sure everything sits properly and is to your liking 🙂

Note:  Disregard sewing the legs and arms if you’ve already crocheted them on.
Legs:
Place the legs at approx Round 5 of the body about 4 sts apart.Sew in place.  When sewing the legs in place I sewed the top of the last FULL ROUND DOWN instead of just the sts from crocheting the round together.
Arms:
Place the arms at approx Round 21 of the body, approx 3 sts apart.  Sew in place.  When sewing the arm in place I sewed the top of the last FULL ROUND DOWN instead of just the sts from crocheting the round together.
Muzzle:
Centre the muzzle on the body placing it between Rounds 23 and 26 of the head.  Stuff lightly and sew down along Round 4 of the muzzle.
Tail:
Place centred on the back of the body between Rounds 5-11.  Stuff lightly and sew in place around Round 9 of the tail.
Spots:
Place as desired near the tail.  Sew in place.
Tummy:
Place centred on the front of the body between rounds 10 and 18.  Sew in place.
Horns:
Place the smallest horn on the top centre of the muzzle.  Sew in place along Round 3 of the horn.
Place the larger horn on Round 32-34 of the head approx. 4sts apart.  Sew in place along Round 4 of the horns.
Headpiece:
Place the ends of the headpiece 2-3 sts away from the outside of each eye making sure the centre of the headpiece sits behind the large horns slightly behind the top centre of the head.  Pin in place then sew along Row 1 of the Headpiece.
