The New Version of the super popular Monster Pillow Buddy crochet pattern is here and better than ever!

Little ones will love helping you choose the colour and pieces for their Monster! My kids sure have! This Premium Pattern offers more than a dozen different pieces to mix and match to create your own unique Monster Pillow Buddy.

The Monster Pillow Buddy was designed with Bernat Blanket Yarn to create adorable, huggable, 24″ Monsters!

Bernat Blanket is a Super Bulky (6) weight yarn that comes in so many colours, holds up great to wear and tear (3 of the monsters shown were made 6 years ago!) and is available from most larger yarn retailers (Joann’s, Michaels, Walmart, etc).

Don’t want your Monster that big? No worries, just use your favourite yarn (chenille or otherwise) and adjust your hook size accordingly to make Monsters of all different sizes!

Why is there a New Version of the Monster Pillow Buddy? What has changed?

Over the years my writing style has evolved to include more details, better formatting and more videos to make these patterns even easier to follow and enjoy!

So the Monster Pillow pattern has all the same great pieces and information, but has been reformatted to make your experience better ❤️

So what exactly does the new Monster Pillow Buddy pattern include?

  • The new version of the pattern includes all the old pieces, they are just presented in the new format with clearer, more detailed instructions.
  • All new videos for the bobble stitch, curly cues and sewing techniques!
  • All new full video for crocheting the Small Eye! (the other eyes use the same technique)
  • Plus, 4 brand new pieces to mix and match to create even more unique, awesome Monsters!

What if I have already purchased the previous version of the Monster Pillow Buddy?

Previously, this pattern was only available on Ravelry.  If you purchased the previous version of the pattern you will automatically be receiving a notification for the Brand New Version!
